Kalama® Potassium Benzoate

Kalama® Potassium Benzoate is a high purity, effective preservative used to prevent spoilage in foods and beverages, especially products requiring low sodium. Kalama® Potassium Benzoate is an FDA GRAS food additive, approved for use as an antimicrobial agent, flavoring agent,
and adjuvant (21 CFR § 184.1733).
